Teaching AI at Universities

Faculty roles in public administration or business programs.

There is a gap in most public administration and business programs right now. AI is everywhere in the headlines and nowhere in the curriculum. I bridge that gap. I have already designed GenAI syllabi for MPA and DPA programs, guest-lectured at three universities, and built courses that connect real research to real decisions students will face in their careers. I teach at any level, undergraduate through doctoral, and I bring both the academic rigor and the practitioner credibility that makes students actually trust the material.

Joining an AI Consulting Team

Private firms or nonprofits doing AI consulting with public sector or small business clients

AI consulting firms working with government clients face a recurring problem: the gap between what their consultants know about AI and what their clients actually need to hear. I close that gap. I have spent years translating doctoral-level research into plain language for city managers, IT directors, and department heads who do not have time for jargon. I am not looking to build my own practice. I want to join a team that is already doing meaningful work and contribute fully to their clients and their mission.

AI Training for Cities and Speaking

Pro bono workshops for city teams and speaking at public events

As part of my commitment to public service, I offer customized AI training sessions for city leadership teams and speaking at conferences/public events. I have already delivered workshops for a couple of cities in California and spoken at ICMA, ASPA, GovAI Coalition Summit and other national events.
